Milton was extremely honest, helpful and professional in handling wildfire lead dust cleanup in my attic, including complete insulation and ducting removal. After consulting with three different companies for estimates on the above job, I quickly learned that not all asbestos lead abatement companies are the same. Some provide questionable services using shortcuts and unqualified workers. Milton took his time, answered all of my questions, and when working on my house was very meticulous. The workers showed up on time, were very professional and courteous, and performed the work with their full containment suits on. When the work was done, I was totally satisfied with the results. As a general contractor, I have specific standards on how things should be done. All Clear met and exceeded my expectations. I strongly recommend them for all your environmental needs.

Wonderfully. They exceeded my expectations in terms of personnel and operations. They have their methods down to a science. They are efficient, fast and clean. Getting rid of asbestos could have been a real nightmare, which is why I'd put it off for some time, but they made it easy and safe.

AllClear did an exceptional and professional job. The only issue is sometimes they are hard to get a hold of. Talked with the owner and was impressed with his responsiveness. I would hire them again. I have small children and felt secure that AllClear was not going to cut corners. That gave me a peace of mind! Safety was their priority!

They were responsive when I pointed things out that I thought should have been done. It would have been nice if they had done it all at once and seen what needed to be done.

They were very good, it was not cheap but they did the job, they don't reap you off, I would highly recommend the company, they don't take any shortcuts, they do the job properly, and they provide the necessary permits.

We just bought a house, and needed to get some popcorn ceiling containing asbestos removed. However, we were on a tight timeline due to the 10 day waiting period. Larry took that into consideration, and scheduled work to begin as soon as the 10 day waiting period was over. His crew arrived on time, and were very professional. They made sure all affected areas were sealed off, and cleaned up thoroughly after work was done. Price was fair, and work was done just in time for our move into the new home.

It went incredibly awesome! Whenever anything goes wrong, I call Larry and he knows exactly what to do. He helped us out with the entire process and we didn't have to do anything. He went out of his way for us because of our special situation.

Larry was very nice on the phone and provided a quick estimate after sending him photos of the asbestos pipes to be removed. A 2 person crew came a few days later to remove the pipes. They were very professional, polite, and did the job in under 30 minutes. This job was done well at a very fair price.

Larry's associate was on time and thorough with his estimate. They in turn processed all of the permits and kept me informed the entire time. They started on the day promised and finished after two days. Arturo was the person who completed the work and he was also super professional and did an amazing job. Thank you Larry and Crew!

My wife and I had planned to remodel our kitchen. We had made plans and drawn up contracts for flooring, counter, appliances and cabinets, when we discovered that we needed to do abatement on our kitchen linoleum. Because materials such as tile, appliances and cabinetry were already ordered and delivered, we found ourselves in a critical bind. Mr. Enos answered our call and in a very professional manner, took the situation in hand. Both he and his employees prosecuted this job with the utmost of care and expertise, even in handling ALL AQMD permit issues, were very professional, and did follow-up to ensure that our project did not suffer what could have been a drastic delay. I would recommend Mr. Enos and his staff to anyone seeking a competent and highly expert organization if you require these services. This organization is 'old school' and 'top drawer'.

All Clear did a great job of removing the asbestos from my attic. They were very professional and arrived early for the job. They constructed the tunnel of sheeting/plastic as described and made sure to cover the floors and protect my home. They covered the lights, house fan, and registers as discussed and made quick work of the removal of the ducting. They completed the entire job in just over four hours. I was very pleased with their work. I popped into the attic and see that it is duct free as we discussed and the registers are intact. The team did a great job and I'd use them again.

I first contacted Larry at All Clear Environmental regarding getting my acoustic ceiling tested for asbestos. He kindly took the time to give me 3 recommendations, one of which I used and was pleased with the experience. When I was ready to remove the acoustic ceiling, I called him again for an estimate and decided to proceed with him based on the genuine and honest way he answered my questions and concerns. Larry's professionalism really showed throughout the whole experience. He quickly replied to all of my emails and phone calls, he patiently waited while I negotiated with the condo HOA regarding having the work approved, and, after the work was completed, he sent his employees back to reinstall the closet mirror doors that were removed during the work. I would hire him again.

Larry and his crew did a great job performing the asbestos abatement work that was required in my condo building. They were professional, clean, and a pleasure to work with. Larry did a great job explaining the work and was very patient with some of the residents' concerns. I hope to never need any future asbestos work, but if I do, All Clear will be the first I call.

The job was done on time at quoted price. The technician was professional and left the work site clean. They provided me with all necessary documentation required by the HOA. I could not ask for more. This was a small job, so the pricing was based on a minimum. I will definitely use this company in the future.

AllClear / Larry helpful and accommodating. Cleared 982 sqft (5 areas) of ceiling asbestos material in two days. Rooms covered well, left clean and air quality report provided before plastic removed. I would trust and recommend All Clear Environmental to others.

Talked to Larry about removing asbestos from wall heater unit. He said I had to get someone out there to test it first and once it was tested positive for asbestos, his company would be able to remove it. Since it tested positive, he sent his guys to do the job. They were on time, covered furniture and cleaned up afterwards. The job was properly done, everyone is safe and I am happy with the work.

One estimate from another company was $5000 more, another company wanted to drywall over it, another company would not answer questions. Larry and team did a great job. Started on time and finished on time, in and out in 2 days. Areas in the house completely isolated with plastic.

Larry and his team were amazing. I had a pretty tough asbestos removal project, and had multiple other service providers out to give me estimates. Larry's estimate was reasonable (not the lowest, but far below the highest), but what really struck me about him was how well he explained everything to me, and I got the feeling that he'd be very trustworthy. And I was right. He was so wonderful to work with (and nice to talk to!), scheduled me right away because he knew I was working under a very tight deadline, and his crew was so professional. Afterwards, I had an asbestos inspector come to inspect the site, and he told me that Larry's team did a flawless job. I would HIGHLY recommend him for any kind of asbestos removal project.

Larry provided the proposal promptly and scheduled the work to start within a couple of days. His quote was reasonable. His team (Artuso and Jesus) worked hard and completed the work in 3 hours. They removed all the air ducts from the premises for disposal. Upon tendering the check after the completion of the work, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a Certificate of Completion and a Conditional Waiver and Release on Final Payment. We would use them again.

Larry from AllClear was great to work with! We had AllClear remove asbestos transite siding from a home we're renovating. Larry was able to work within our strict time frame and had the job done quickly. We felt the price was fair as well. We'll definitely use them again!

Larry and his All Clear crew were great. We were in the beginning stages of a what we thought would be a small remodel project when it was discovered that we had asbestos in our flooring. After we had the floors tested and it was confirmed to be asbestos, Larry fit us in at the last minute so we could continue with our remodel with only a slight delay. The price seemed very reasonable and the crew was fantastic. Larry's crew Jose, Alfredo, Francisco and Arturo were very professional, patient and kind and made what could have been a scary time for us as calm and easy as possible. During the removal process our house was visited by an inspector from the Air Quality Management District (government agency). The inspector said the All Clear crew was doing a great job and that everything looked good. It gave us even more confidence in this crew. We would highly recommend this company.

It was a easy pleasant experience. They showed up when they said they would, did the work in a timely fashion, were pleasant to deal with, and cleaned up after themselves. Will use them for sure in the future.

We are remodeling an old house and discovered that we have asbestos requiring removal. I read all the positive Angie's list reviews and called All Clear. Larry promptly responded to me and his level of professionalism was consistent from start to finish. During the actual asbestos removal process Rigo (technician) promptly communicated that they discovered some additional asbestos that they also removed. Bottom line: Professional company that exercises professionalism, excellent communication skills and common sense. I will definitely refer All Clear Environmental to friends and hire them again myself when the need arises.
